Tewkesbury

  Severn Vale Housing Society came into being in 1998 following a Large Scale Voluntary Transfer (LSVT) of housing stock from Tewkesbury Borough Council. After a successful ballot of the council tenants involved, some 3,000 homes were transferred to the new company. The first five years were spent addressing the underinvestment in stock and planning the much-needed improvements to achieve the Governments' Decent Homes standards.

The Park Life project is particularly welcomed as it will bring the company into even closer relationships with local companies by providing space in which to promote training to provide facilities for training whilst at the same time utilising resources for the benefit of the wider community.

Go straight over at the first roundabout.
